  • For Certified Divers: It takes around 3 months to become a certified Scuba Diving instructor. You must have been a certified diver for at least 6 months before starting the instructor course.

  • For Non-Certified Divers: It will take a minimum of 9 months to become a certified Scuba Diving instructor. You must be a certified Scuba Diver for at least 6 months before starting the instructor training course.

Salaries range based on experience and location:

  • Entry-Level Instructors: Between 20,000 to 40,000 Thai Baht per month.

  • Experienced Instructors: Between 40,000 & 50,000 Thai Baht per month during peak seasons.
